Spouse settlement visa

Post by Fidanetah » Mon Feb 11, 2019 9:37 pm

Hi all

Im a british citzin and my husband is a kosovan citzen and we are applying for spouse settlement visa. Im just in the process of putting all my documents together i have managed to get everything together apart from two documents which are Utility bill and council tax bill this is due to recently moving into our apartment which i mentioned on the application form to let them know that they are currently on their way and can be requested if need for proof of address.

Will this have a impact on my application form or delay the process. I have paid for priority charge aswell.

Please can someone give me some advise

For initial spouse visa application the proof of cohabitation are not necessary.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
