EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBER OF EEA NATIONAL

Hello everyone,

Need some advice on Extended family member.

im a NON EEA national and got settle status recently, i applied for my parents through my EEA spouse and my parents got 6 months visa to UK and applied residence card then.

now i like to apply for my sister also, using dependency route same as i did for my parents - my sister is single and i like her to join me as my parents did!!

how bright chances are if we apply for her and she will get it without problem - we are sending remittance in her account - each month !!

There is no extended family member visa if you are the dependent of a British citizen. This is only for a dependent of an EEA national.
