Appeal Question

I made an application on 22 feb 2018 on human rights claim
My leave expired on sep 2018
my application was refused dec 2018 but i was given the chance to appeal.
My appeal date has been placed in july 2019
March 2019 means that i have been in the UK for 10 years legally.

Question is : can i send in a 10 years rule application for leave to remain, whilst i have an appeal later in the year ? and whilst my previous stay has expired ?

What was the reason for refusal??

What is your full UK immigration history including all visa start and expiry dates??

You would have to withdraw your appeal which will end your section 3c protection before you can submit another application.
