Spouse visa online application and biometric appointment

I recently got married and I am applying for a UK spouse visa for my wife who is in Pakistan. Two questions:

1) Can my wife print out two copies of the online application? - One to sign and send to me, and the other to take to the Biometrics appointment.

2) Does the Biometrics appointment need to be done first? - Or can I send the printed online application and other evidence to Sheffield as soon as the online application is completed.

2. After biometrics. Donot forget to sent to Sheffield the appendix 2 form apart of online application form & it wont be needed at biometrics time.

What was not clear in answer 2. All the documents you will have to send to sheffield after your wife enrolled her biometrics.
