Minor dependant brother as tier 2 dependant

Post by sadia_507 » Sun Feb 17, 2019 7:47 am

Hello! If I am on a Tier 2 visa. Can I apply for my brothers to be my dependents? They are 11 and 13 years old. My father is retired and my mother is a housewife. My sister is a PhD candidate and unable to support them at this time with her student allowance. Is there a particular salary I must have to support 3 dependents? Thanks

You can only apply for dependent visas for your spouse and your children. Not for siblings or parents.
