Leaving the job after ILR

Hi
I got my ILR now, I want to change my job as I already got new opportunity.
My question is
1) can I leave my current job who sponcered me for ILR with proper notice
Will it affect my ILR
2) is my wife’s visa still be valid until it’s expiry even if I leave the job
If so which category can I apply for her extension after the current visa expires to get ILR

And if not which category should I apply to keep her legal status in UK.
Please let me know

1. No effect in ILR.

2. She is dependent on YOU, not your sponsor. No effect on her visa and she can continue extending her PBS dependent visa till she qualifies for ILR.
