Dependent status after main applicant got ILR

I have some questions, I hope you will help me to find the answer for those.
My husband has got ILR by tier 2 general 5 years route and I am on pbs dependent not eligible for ILR yet.
Will my visa stay valid until it’s expiry or do I need to apply for another if my husband change the job after ILR.
I do have 2 year old born in uk can I apply for herc citizenship now as her father got ILR or do I need to wait for my ILR

You can remain on your current visa and extend it if required. No need to change visa categories.

1. You should ask child citizenship questions in the British Citizenship sub forum british-citizenship/

2. Yes you can register the child as British on form MN1 now as one parent holds ILR.
