Yes. They also have to show strong ties to home country.-a standard visitor tourist visa? and if yes, how can they get a long term multi year one?
No there is not. If you live in the UK as British, you are NOT considered and EU national under the EEA/EU regulations. Only UK immigration rules apply.-or is there another kind of visa/permit (like Article 10) which would allow them to come and see my occasionally?
