Entrepreneur ILR Application for Kids

Hi

I am applying Entrepreneur ILR application next week. I am completely confused should I have to apply for my kids dependent application or not.

I have 2 kids, both born in UK and having Indian passport. Should I need to apply dependent ILR application for them? Could someone please guide me. Some people saying I have to and some said you don't.

I will really appreciate if someone can help me here.

No you don't. You can register them as British once either parent is granted ILR.

You dont need to apply for ILR for UK BORN kids. They are eligible to be registered as British Citizens after you have your ILR.
HO might write to you and ask why you have not applied for your kids. Just tell them you will register them as BC after your ILR or just include a cover letter.

You dont need to provide any cover letter. HO not always asks but just state in the cover letter that you will register your kids under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 1(3) after your ILR.
