Hi,
My Tier 2(General) visa issued on 02/05/2014 and I have entered in UK on 05/07/2014.
From: 02/05/2014; To: 05/07/2014
Absence: 65 days (which is less than 90 days)
Question: Am I eligible to book appointment on 11/04/2019 (which is prior to 28 days of 02/05/2019)?
Regards,
hp

Thank you for your quick reply. I have few more questions to you which I have missed it in my initial post
Questions:
- For above mentioned absence of 65 days, do I need to provide any letter from my UK company with reason for delay (or) my last India company relieving letter is sufficient?
- Below is my 12 months break down for 180 days limit outside UK, do I need to provide supporting document(s) for each absence?
Code: Select all
12 Months From To Days (Outside UK)
Year 5 11/04/2018 11/04/2019
Year 4 11/04/2017 11/04/2018 22
Year 3 11/04/2016 11/04/2017 12
Year 2 11/04/2015 11/04/2016 23
Year 1 11/04/2014 11/04/2015 65 (Delay Start)
Total 122

For the time between issue and arrival no letter is needed. For others, an employer letter is required which should say all your absences from work were granted with their permission

I have few more questions to you related to children's ILR eligibility. I have 2 kid who joined me a 1 year back.
Questions:
- Eligibility criteria for kids with Tier 2 (General) dependent visa?
- Pros and Cons applying with/without my application on 11 April 2019?

Your children cannot apply for ILR with you. They will follow the same path as your wife and will be able to apply for ILR when she does.
