Spouse BRP has different start date

Hi , I m on a Tier 2 ICT long term visa . My visa got extended for two more years after my initial 3 years of visa.
I see that on the new BRP cards my spouse has a different start date than mine. My start date is the next date of my previous BRP expiry date. Where as for my spouse there is a gap of nearly 80 days from the previous BRP expiry date.

Does it have any problem to have a different start date or have a gap between the last expiry date and new start date?

Did you apply for an extension at the same time?

Does it expire the same date as your visa?

yes I applied at the same time and it has the same expiry date as mine.

No issue with gap between BRP dates provided she applied before her last visa expired. Her application was also likely only processed after yours was decided.
