Tier 2 Visa Extension

Hi,

Home office withdraw my tier 2 application to reconsider after long battle in the Courts. They called me a week ago to take a telephone interview to reconsider my application but called was from no caller ID so I told them that I need to speak with my solicitors so nothing happened and yesterday I received the letter saying that I was invited for interview and I confirmed it but today I received the email from VSP saying that my interview is cancelled. Please what likely to be happened? does reconsider means they will give the leave to remain? please need help!!!

I need help please;

HO withdraw my Tier 2 application after refusing after then they reconsidered and granted to leave to remain as a Tier 2 for 60 days. So please can any one help me that my next apply will be extension or it will be the first application for Tier 2? If it is extension then what will be the next COS time (2 years/3 years).
