Change of address: one form per family or per person?

Post by dysphagia » Tue Feb 26, 2019 6:17 pm

I am currently living in the UK. I have an active Tier 2 General visa and BRP card. My partner is also living here with me and has a PBS Dependant visa and BRP card that is tied to my own status.

On the gov.uk site, it says that if you have a BRP card and need to update your address, you should use the migrant change of circumstances (MCC) form.

My partner and I both live at the same address. Our address has changed. Should one MCC form be submitted for me as the "migrant" and another for my partner as "family member", or is one form for both of us sufficient?
