It is your wife's application you are describing here, so in this context your daughter doesn't come into it. So NO appears to be the right choice.chrsrlstn wrote: ↑Thu Mar 07, 2019 2:04 pmGood afternoon all.
I am also a little confused here. I am a UK Citizen and have lives here all my life and my wife is from Indonesia.
My wife was granted a Spouse Visa in Oct 2016. We are now applying for ILR extension. My wife has a daughter who is 28 and has no intention of coming to the UK. I have a 10 year old daughter from my previous relationship who is British Citizen as is her Mother. Maybe I am a little slow here, but I am confused how to answer when it asks if I have 'any other children in the UK that are not applying on this application.'
My daughter doesn't live with me and my ex and I do not speak. If I select 'Yes' it asks for Both Certificates and utility Bills, etc....... which are impossible for me to obtain.
My question is, do I select 'No" as she is a UK citizen??
I would be very grateful for any advice that you can give me. We only have a 28 day window to submit the completed ILR form!!
What form exactly are you completing?? If she got the first spouse visa in 2016, she does not qualify for ILR (indefinite leave to remain/PR).My wife was granted a Spouse Visa in Oct 2016.
We are now applying for ILR extension.

It is FLR(M) not ILR(M), hence why I asked the question.I assumed we used the same ILR (M) form as we did previously?
