one more quick question.
i have already finalised her financial requirement (£18600) for Spouse visa.
Breakdown of financial requirement :
My Self employed income (£13000) (12 month financial year) Is the figure of £13,000 before or after all allowable business expenses have been deducted?
My Wife Wages: (£10000). Almost year now.
it will definitely work unless they depands more paperwork of my company.
If God Forbidden they dont accept my self employed income and give her visa on 10 year route. So her Clock will start from June 2014 for 10 year route? No. From the issue date of the new visa.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
regards
adil
In which case. how are you self-employed?
I have merged your topics. You have already been given advice. She cannot apply for ILR based on her PBS dependent visa.Adee4321 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2019 1:24 pmDear.
i have a quick question regrading my wife ILR.
My wife came in UK on 4th June 2014 on Family Visa ( Entrepreneur PBS Dependant Visa) My Entrepreneur Visa Extension was approved in August 2018 along with my wife extension as well. In October 2018 my ILR application(10 years basis) was approved. I have not switch my wife visa into Spouse Visa yet. she is still on family Visa and her 5 years are going to be completed in June 2019 as PBS. i have 0ne 2 year old son and he has british passport now.
My question is that:
Can i apply my wife ILR on 5 years Family basis as i had my ILR on 10 years basis.
looking forward to hearing advice from experts
thanks
