Online application FLRFP and 10 year partner route.

I need guidance if someone can help!

I qualify for 10 year partner route and I am making first time application on this route. I am currently on temporary admission. When I am filling in online application form I selected ‘partner’ but the questions about English language and financial requirements show as if I am filling in FLRM. I said ‘No’ to both questions and submit application form but while I was paying IHS the category I apply for show as FLRM and not FLRFP.
Could you please help me that, am I submitting a correct form ? because I qualify for 10 years partner route and not 5 years route.
I have a British child and wife with both I have subsisting relationship so I don’t qualify for parent route I guess.
Please reply urgent what is the right selection in my scenario on new online application form. ‘Partner’ or ‘parent’

Sorry if I could not clarify.
I have a British partner and a British child and I need to make first application in 10 years partner route. I am confused in online application form that should I choose ‘partner’ or ‘parent’ route. I am silent observer of this forum and appreciate your efforts to help people.
I am due to apply my SET P on the basis of five years refugee status which was granted on 8th June 2013 until 7th June 2018. Biometric card was issued on 6 July 2013 and valid until 7th June 2018.
Is that the biometric card I need to calculate my 5 years from or original grant of refugee status which was granted one month prior to issuing biometric card.

Sorry I understand now
I have been granted settlement under refugee route and the current query was for my friend.
He was with me yesterday and was worried therefore I asked him to make his query as he was not registered in this forum. Please help him if you can. It will be highly appreciated.
