English A2 for a spouse visa extension.1.CEFR A1 English proficiency test (which expires after 2 years). Does she need to do A1 test again, or does she have to do A2 test now?
Not required.2. Tuberculosis tests. She had to submit a TB test result when she first applied for the visa but she has been living in the UK for the last 2+ years. Does she have to do the test again?
No sooner than within 28 days before reaching 30 months from the date of entry to the UK.Finally, can she apply earlier than 28 days before her current visa expiry date?
Already answered when you asked the question earlier!!imm_newbie wrote: ↑Thu Mar 14, 2019 3:08 pmHi,
My spouse needs to extend her family visa / renew BRP later this year and we wonder whether she needs to redo her Tuberculosis test, which was required when she first applied for her visa to enter the UK. She has now been living in the UK since early 2017. Also can she apply earlier than 28 days before her current visa expiry date?
Thanks
Correct. Assuming that HO don't change the requirements by the time she applies for ILR of course.imm_newbie wrote: ↑Mon Mar 18, 2019 10:39 amI would like to know if my partner takes B1 English exam (instead of A2) to apply for extension of her family visa, does this mean she will not need to take B1 again when it comes to apply for her ILR?
