Change to new job before extend FLR(M) *fiance

Post by Cosmicplay1994 » Fri Mar 22, 2019 12:59 pm

NEED HELP 🆘

My wife came to the UK with a fiance visa. Now we married and will extend her FLR(M) visa soon. But I got the best opportunity job that earns money a lot much more. My current salary is £19,600 per annual but the new job is £23,000 per annual. And it will start on 29 April, 2019. and last payment from the old employer is will pay on 28 April, 2019. The problem is my wife need to extend visa soon cause her visa expired on 18 of May, 2019.

What do I needed to proof to Home Office ?

And I know that FLR (M) is apply online only, how difficult it is?

Preferably stay in old job if you can until the issuance of visa. Otherwise apply with old job documents but write a covering letter that you are moving to new job and request them to consider your documents till the date of application (usually these matters)

I mean I will stop working around 26 April and start the job on 29 April. It possibly? Can I extend her visa around 10-15 May

I will give proof as
1.)Cover letter explaining why I changed the job
2.)Letter from new employer that offer my job
3.)New employer contract
4.)Letter from new employer confirmed my job position and salary

5.)My lasted pay slip from April 2018 till April 2019
6.)My P60
7.)12 months bank statements

It will effect my wife visa?

Safest way will be if you attach the first month's payslip with new employer while 11 months payslips with old employer under category B.
