My wife has already been here for 5 years but her visa card will expire in 1 month and half time. Please tell me if it is ok for her to send her settlement application now, thanks

She can submit and pay the online form no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date she entered the UK (which you have not stated).
