VFS Global "reason for visit"

VFS Global "reason for visit"

I have applied for a settlement spouse visa. When I am making an account on VFS global it asks for the reason for visit. There are two options I am torn between: "Settlement" and "Appendix FM Partner"

Does anyone know which one should be selected?

I chosen FM Partner as that was the application that was made on the gov website, is this going to be an issue? as I have uploaded docs and appointment booked for next Wednesday.
