Set(M) 5 year route spouse British ILR

Post by Chelly1 » Tue Apr 02, 2019 9:50 pm

Hi All , I have applied on 5 year route set(M ) came to uk on 26/12/14 .
but my visa will expire on 19/4/19
Applied online 1/2/19
Biometric done 11/2/19
Ac letter 1/2/19 , 28/2/19 , 1/4/19 still waiting ...
Due to family emergency I need to travel for month ..
so I need to withdraw the application and go for priority service. What is the best way to do it pls ? If I withdraw can I get money back ? Can I book one day service? Is there anyway that I can upgrade the service ?

How do you qualify for ILR if you only came to the UK in December 2014 on a spouse visa? You don't have 5 years residence unless your dates are incorrect that you posted or if you included time on an initial 6 month fiance visa.

You posted you came to the UK in December 2014. It is not 5 years yet if that is the case. You will only qualify in December 2019.

There is non updgrade sevice unfortunately.

Their also is no in person same day decison service.

If you withdraw and reapply, choosing super priority sevice, you will likely have to pay again and there is no guarantee that you will get a quick decision. You will also need to wait for your new brp card.
