EEA UK Permit - Proof dependency

Post by Chaudhry123 » Tue Apr 02, 2019 9:57 am

Hello everyone,

I have a question.

We would like to apply for an EEA UK Permit for our nephew.

Unfortunately I cannot find any information on how we have to prove dependency. Can you help me here?
How we need to prove that he is dependent on us?

Thanks in advance and kind regards.

What is your nationality??

How old is your nephew??

Is your plan to have him live here or just visit?

I am a German Passport Holder and I´m living in the UK.
The age of my nephew is 34 and he wants to visit and I want him to stay permant with us, but first of all he wants to visit us.

Well, how is he dependent on you? Have you been paying his living expenses?

Is he not working? If not, why not?

Does he have family apart from you?

Parents? Spouse? Children?
