UK Spouse/Partner visa extension, Application form, When to apply, supporting documents

My wife is applying for UK Spouse/Partner visa extension. I would be grateful, if you can advise on following:-

1. Which application form she should submit for her visa extension. Online application form “FLR M form” – is it correct ? https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... -form-flrm
2. How many days before she can submit her application ?
3. What supporting documents she would need provide when submitting her application ?

Immigration details:-
I came to UK in April 2011 on Tier1 General visa
I got Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in UK in April 2016
I got married in India in August 2016
My wife got spouse visa in October 2016 and she arrived in UK in November 2016
I got British Citizenship in October 2017
My wife spouse visa is valid until July 2019 (Type Of Permit: UK Spouse/Partner Leave to Enter)

1. Yes, it is FLR(M).

2. No sooner than within 28 days before reaching 30 months residence and it must be before her visa expires. Note that date of application is the date you submit and pay online. Don't forget to pay the IHS of £1000 plus the visa fee.

3. English A2, all the most recent evidence to prove the financial requirement for at least 6 month, proof of cohabitation for the last two years with documents in joint or individual names to the same address etc etc. The online form will tell you what you need.
