Spouse visa - Financial clarification - Help Please

Hi,

Planning to go for spouse visa extension in UK at the end of April due to visa expire in May, financial covering for the period 10 Dec 2018 (Started job) until 14th April 2019 (20 weeks) earned £16600 (non salaried, paid weekly), still on job.

a) What category I should choose?
b) Do I qualify financial requirement?
