Dependent Eligibility for ILR

Post by guptamayank » Mon Apr 08, 2019 1:03 pm

Hi,

My wife (Main Applicant) and me (Dependent) are on a Tier 2 General Visa. Both the visa's had same start and end date (5 Years) but I arrived in UK 2 months later than my wife.

The Visa issued in March 2015 and expires in April 2020 , my wife arrived in March 2015 but I arrived in May 2015.

So, I won't be completing 5 years util the visa expires. Can someone please suggest if I would be eligible to apply for ILR in March 2020?

Thanks

Pbs dependents residence starts from visa Issue date.

You can both apply at the same time.
