ILR question - SET M or SET O

Post by harpreetjagdey » Thu Apr 18, 2019 5:48 pm

Hi all
I am a British Citizen ( Tier 1, ILR and then British passport in 2016).

Got married in 2014 when on ILR and my wife came to UK on spouse visa. Her second visa was issued in 2017 when I had british passport.

Now her visa is up for renewal soon and we will be applying for ILR in july

When checking eligibility via Gov.uk site, It is asking to apply for SET O but I believe it will be SET M. It has become confusing for me to choose the right form.

Please can anybody advise?

Regards
Harpreet

It is SET M because she holds a spouse Settlment visa and is not a PBS dependent visa holder.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
