I'm due to finalise my app for ILR through tier 1 50K route, kindly review following docs if suffice and if I am missing anything significant

Also, I am going to apply for 2 dependent as PBS alongside ILR so do I need to write a cover letter for case worker attention and put their application reference numbers.

Likewise, do I need put my ILR application reference in their PBS dependent applications ?

Another quick question please, my staff pay rate has been upgraded , for example from £ 8 to £ 10 during the year, so which hourly rate should go in application form for that employee? As they'd stayed on £ 8/hr for 7 months and £ 10/hr for 5 months

You have to clarify that in the cover letter. You have to provide them with all hourly rate changes. The online form only allows you to enter one rate though. But mention the other rates in the cover letter.
Some moderators are of a view that you have to list the job period as a new period for every hourly change rate. I just mentioned mine in the cover letter though.
or draw a table and upload with your docs.

It clearly says who has to sign which part. Sign accordingly.
