Number of days allowed outside UK on spouse visa

Hello everyone,
I have a query regarding my stay outside the UK on spouse/ civil partner visa.
1. How many absences am i allowed outside the UK on my 5years period before applying for ILR.
2. In those days, how many can i spend in one go?
3. How many days can i spend outside UK in one year?
4. What is considered as an year, the calendar year or the day when i entered the UK or the date mentioned on the BRP?
5. If it's the date on BRP then will those days be counted in absences which were between the date on BRP and the entry date on passport?

There is no absence limit for those on a spouse Settlment visa.

Correct. The absence limit only applies to point based system dependents, ie tier 1 and tier 2.

However note that you can't expect to live outside the UK and only visit occasionally and get an extension or ILR. HO will expect to see evidence of cohabitation in the UK etc. Going for maternity for example or a couple of months holiday would be fine.
