Extending CoS

Hi,

Is there any possibilities to extend the CoS issued by employer on Tier-2 General Visa.

If you have been issued a 3 year RCoS as your previous lengthy topic suggests, then no. They would have to withdraw the one you have and issue you another RCoS through the monthly allocation meeting process if they want a 5 year one.

Note, this is separate to a visa extension at the end of the 3 years.
