ILR Passport Expiry

Post by Dangm45 » Thu May 02, 2019 11:31 am

Hi
My wife will be applying for ILR around July/August. Her current passport will expire in August, will this be a problem, should she renew it before application?
Thanks, Dan

She needs a valid passport at the time of applying for ILR.

Thanks for the reply. As long as her passport has not expired, it is fine, no minimum of 6 months or anything like that?
