Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependent visa Extension

I am now on Indefinite Leave to remain which I got on 9/2018 on the basis of Tier 1 Entrepreneur.
My wife and one Dependent Child First came in UK on 8/2014 on the basis of Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependent.
When I applied for ILR in 05/2018 their 5 years of residency is not completed and they have visa until 29/01/2019. Now I have to apply for extension in their visa because their 5 years still not completed which are going to complete in 8/2019 can any body please advise me which application form or way should I use to extend their visa so they can apply for ILR in 8/2019. It will be a 3 year extension.

IHS has also increased and you will have to pay £1200 per dependent applying plus the visa fee.
