Thank you for your reply..... does your reply means i do not qualify next year for Naturalisation? If yes please when do i qualify?CR001 wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2019 5:38 pmAs an extended family member, you have no automatic rights and Section 3C does not apply to EU EFM applications. You therefore appear to have had no status from date your RC expired to date of settled status granted.

CR001, the OP's very first post suggests that s/he had received an RC as the EFM of an EEA aunt in 2012 and subsequently, his child was issued a British passport on the basis of his having acquired PR. But he was refused a PR card.CR001 wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2019 5:38 pmAs an extended family member, you have no automatic rights and Section 3C does not apply to EU EFM applications. To the OP, you can apply. But given the circumstances, there is a chance that your naturalisation application will take much longer than normal. It is not straightforward.
Thanks for your replyaskmeplz82 wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2019 4:26 pmTo be honest you may be waiting for naturalisation until 2029 ... 10 years wait
Please back up your claim with regulations or articlesaskmeplz82 wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2019 8:10 pmYou are extended family member of an Eu national
You have and had limited right of residence
Direct family member have automatic right of residence
When you apply for British citizenship home office will check your last 10 years history
- if you have broken any laws
- if you paid tax on time
- if you have broken any immigration laws
- if you were legal resident since you arrived in the U.K. within last 10 years
For extended family member your right only confirmed when your residence card is issued
No RC - no right
This is talking about if you have never been issued a RC and you claimed co habitation will no give you right to PR.askmeplz82 wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2019 9:43 pmOsafidence

Read paragraph 9.
The relationship broke down so reg 15 (1)b was not met in that case which you posted.
My case the relationship is still intact i still maintain reg 7(3a) and reg 8 with a pending application with my EEA Aunty supporting documents. We were never separated.
