Need help with ILR salary requirement please

Hi.
I have completed 5 years on tier 2 General visa. First visa was granted in May 2014.Started with salary 23500 which was then increased to 33500 on extension.

My question is do I need to fulfill the requirement of 35000 and above to apply or can I still apply for ILR or my current salary if not then what are my option as employer is not willing to make further increments in salary.

The requirement is £35,800 pa or what your SOC states, whichever is higher.

£35,500pa is not enough.

What is your SOC??

You need £35,800pa to be able to apply for ILR.

If your employer is not prepared to increase your salary, you might have to look for another sponsor who will.
