Leave and Return to UK on Tier-2 ICT visa - cooling off period

Post by SubGupta » Tue May 14, 2019 7:53 am

Hi Team,

I am an Indian currently in UK. My type of permit is - T2 ICT Long term Leave to Enter . In remarks it is Restricted Work and my CoS number is mentioned and the card is valid until April 2022.

My question is if I leave UK due to current assignement ending in 3 months, can I come back with the same permit and with new CoS ?
OR, any cooling off period and other restrictions are there ?

Many Thanks,
Sub

Internal assignment initiation based on client by your employer is internal matter. If it is the same employer, client does not matter.

So same CoS and BRP should be good enough.
