B1 or NARIC - ILR Documents

Post by dezdsouza » Mon May 20, 2019 11:06 am

Hi

I am applying for my ILR and when I come to the documents page it isnt letting me move forward if I do not click the documents submitted NARIC and B1.

I answered the questions stating that my degree was taught in English and that my degree doesnt meet the requirements so I have done the B1 Trinity College certificate and I am submitting that but unless I tick both the boxes NARIC and B1 it isnt letting me move forward

Do I need to submit both and if I am ticking the boxes for both what does that cause as I am not going to submit the degree NARIC certificate

Thanks and Regards
Desmond

Do not tick the degree box or that you have one if you are using B1 test. You only need to tick ONE of the options.

Hi CR001

Would that not be considered falsifying data. Not sure getting a little panic coming on.

So in the application form under the
Do you have a degree taught in English - should I be answering NO there, even if my degree was taught in English and will that cause any issues

I am sorry if the questions are a little naive.

Thanks and Regards

No. The questions for this on the form relate ONLY to meeting the English requirement. It has nothing to do with how qualified you are.

Correct.

PS - It is not necessary to keep posting your full name and surname. The forum is very public and we have frequent spammers and scammers trawling here.

Hi CR001

Thank you very much for this information. Relieved that I dont need to submit both. I have made the changes on the application form and it has removed the requirement for the NARIC document box.

Much appreciated all your help with this

Thanks alot
