Enquires about Spouse visa

Post by HATEM2015h » Tue May 21, 2019 2:07 pm

Hi

I am a PhD student in UK holding a Tier4 visa until 02/2022. My wife is a British citizen, a year a go we got married, I am about to apply for Spouse visa on first week of June. please help me with these questions please:

1- do I need to show proof of address for both of us, if yes, for how long do we need to show them, because within the last year every thing was in my name, contract, bills, etc.

2- Is it enough to show them only 3 months of bills and shared rent contract.

3- do I need to show them anything regarding my current study at university. or not necessary to mention it.

4- regarding the proof of language, do I need to send only my master degree from UK in 2016, or I need to send a letter from the university regarding my current PhD study in Civil Engineering.

5- Regarding the income, I work as a designer working (part time fixed term 1 year) with 20 hours because my visa only allowed me 20 hours. My total income for these 20 hours is 18900£. while my wife salary is 16500£. Is it OK to use only my income and payslips.

6- Our wedding was in the UK. However, our representatives (our fathers) did our marriage certificate in our original country, in the certificate her details was taken from her original country passport, so the passport number is written in the certificate is not the British passport number. Do I need to send both of her passports with my application.

7- We are expecting a baby in the mid of June, while I am going to apply on 3th of June. do I need to mention anything about that, so that might proof our relationship. If yes what kind of document should I attach.

Many thanks..

Hi
Sorry I thought the system cancelled my previous account, as an automatic email is recieved says that ( topic merged). Honestly, I have not understood the meaning.
Does that mean the questions I asked is not legal to ask here? Or they are repeated questions.
That is why I opened another one.

Sorry again Many thanks

If you had clicked on the Topics Merged link, it tells you the forum rule about multiple topics. All your topics were merged into one.

Merged Definition

"the merchant bank merged with another broker"
synonyms: join (together), join forces, amalgamate, consolidate, integrate, unite, unify, combine, incorporate, affiliate, coalesce, meld, agglutinate, team up, link (up), band (together), ally, league, federate

The moderators appreciate that members/users have an interest in obtaining information specific to their circumstances but kindly request you to refrain from multiple postings on a single question or topic (related grouping e.g. your naturalisation application, ILR application, etc.) within and/or across forums since this:

1. Creates confusion by cluttering relevant information across multiple sources thus defeating the key objective of the bb which is to share information in an easily accessible manner.

2. Impacts on the 'spirit of fairness' in forum use for our members/ guests.

3. Clutters the database unnecessarily.

Please create and use one topic for your queries regarding a specific topic / immigration application (e.g. - settlement, PBS, naturalisation). This helps people to get a view of your immigration history, details etc. under one topic and helps them to answer your queries better.

The moderators rely on you to use your judgement on this matter but reserve the right to merge, lock and/or delete multiple postings without notification.

If you persist to create new threads despite a warning, you will be banned and your IP blocked.
