Property Inspection Report required for Fiancee visa?

Hi,

Is a property inspection report required for a UK Fiancee visa application? I'm sponsoring my US partner to come over, I currently (and will be the address we use for application purposes) live with my grandparents and uncle (their son).

My grandfather is supplying his deed, mortgage statements and utility bills, as well as a letter signed by himself allowing myself and my partner to live there.

Will I require a property inspection report? Having a hard time finding somewhere to get it done in Belfast.

If all adults are related to each other then usually the property inspection is not needed. But still if there are a lot of related family members in same accomodation then preferably property inspection should be done to prove no overcrowding there. Most important point is to justify that there is no overcrowding.

Make sure you apply for the correct fiancé visa as there are two types I found out too late.I did submit a property report showing who’s living in the property not sure if it’s a must but better to be safe.
