Hi I would like to thank everyone in advance for all the advice that you guys on this forum will give me so this the back story I have been with my husband for 3 years and married for a year I am currently getting all my paperwork and invitation letter together to put through I just want a little bit of advice as to what i should put in the letter and what else I can put through with my application as I’ve seen loads of different things and just want Know what would be best to put in the letter

You don't need an "invitation letter" for a spouse visa.

So why would I need a invitation letter as a few people that I know has done it and needed one for themselves

It is not a mandatory document and is not needed. Don't submit unnecessary documents. HO will will just overlook them and disregard them.

Could you let me know what paperwork I would need to give over to the solicitors and what is the requirements I need for the visa application

The HO websites and Appendix 1.7 tells you what is required.

If you have a solicitor, are they not devising you?

I have got my appt with the solicitor on 10th of June and to be honest I have conversations from 2016 600pc paper is that too much
