Hey guys, so application has been put through, now another issued has arrised. My husband agency has said he is not allowed to work as from tomorrow. We no he can while we wait for his application but they want proof, has anyone been through this and is there anything I can get to give to them. Thank you

Not sure when his visa expires, don't have the enrgey to read through the whole topic again.

If he submitted and applied online before visa expiry, then he is protected by section 3c of the immigration rules, meaning his existing/previous visa conditions continue while HO processes his application.

His employer can also check online what his right to work status is.

As you appear to have applied using the standard route, a decision could take up to 8 weeks, sometimes longer.
