FYI ...The crime team is an internal Home Office team. Frontier Mole is better placed to advise further on their role :idea:

Many thanks for your suggestion. In my view obie (moderator) will be best in EU matter but I am afraid frontier mole is mixing up UK & EU law over this matter and I also accept there are few flaws (loope holes) under EU law. I think I repeatedly shown the clear picture in that situation and may not repeat again. Still obie should be the best person to describe it more better. Good luck everyone, I m off now
