Important before issue the COS

Post by Sarudip123 » Thu May 30, 2019 7:25 am

Tier 2 history

First tier 2 visa 10 may 2015 to 25 may 2018
Extension 13 may 2018 to 8 march 2021

Now I am going to change the employer . Now new employer is ready to issue the Cos. Now question is

1. Suppose if we will issue the Cos in June 15 what is the strat date and what will be the end date ?

2. Till 2021 I already pay the NHS . Now do I need to pay again NHS or last extension reference number will be fine ?

3. In RLMT company advertised the vacancy on 3 different sites. Is it necessary to advertise on government website (jobcentre plus) ?

Please advice me. Thank you .

1. It depends what the sponsor has assigned it for but you won't get a tier 2 valid past the 6 years in total for tier 2.

2. You have to pay IHS again.

3. Yes it is. The sponsor guidance states this clearly. As already advised on 18th of May when you asked.

They advertise in Google find job and when you open that job then shows you can apply by monoster, jobrapido, indeed, LinkedIn like this . It will be fine ? This job for Northern Ireland .

I got reply from one of the user
jobcentre plus is now named as find a job hope they help

CR001 what you think now? Find a job is Okey? Or specially need to advert in jobcenter plus ?

Did you read the link and page I posted of the RLMT??

It clearly states :
28.21 All jobs must be advertised online to settled workers through the Find a job
service (or for jobs based in Northern Ireland, JobCentre Online).

Cos issue process

Post by Sarudip123 » Sun Jun 09, 2019 6:47 am

Situation :
My sponser is ready to issue the CoS next week . We already advertised the job vacancy on online job site. My SoC Code is 3545 it's in Level 6.
On RLMT process there was mention everything correctly like  job duties, salary range , education  but on the level topic they put this job is Level 4 or above .

1. Now my question is , is there any problem when issuing the CoS or to get the visa cause of on RLMT process they put job level 4 or above but my job is on level 6?

2. Level 4 or above means Level 6 cover right? Or again they need to readvertise and mention Level 6 or above instead of Level 4 or above ?

Please advice me .

Thank you

What is the propsed job title? Is it a BDM?

What industry is the job?

So it is another nonsense BDM role in a restaurant- good luck with that.

As CR001 has said - if the role has not met the requirements for jobs in Northern Ireland then the RLMT has not been met.

As for the level of the job... BDM in a restaurant... probably some or most of the duties are at RQF4 so maybe the advert is right.

Out of interest why are you changing employer? Is it because your current employer has had their licence suspended or revoked?
