Tier 2 Dependent Visa

Post by arunradphy » Wed Jan 02, 2019 1:21 pm

Hi Everyone,
Recently I received ILR Visa from Tier 2 General category. My wife has dependent VISA based on Tier 2 Application 2017. She went to India for delivery and stayed more than 10 months and her visa is valid until Jan 2020 . Does she need to change the visa to come back UK as my situation changed to ILR.
Thanks
Arun
