Your 5 years completes in march 2020 if you married in 2015, assuming you married within the UK.
Not sure what you mean by 6 months in each calendar year. Your residence clock starts from date of marriage in the UK and you need 5 completed years. You have misunderstood the calculations based on your previous posts.
Thank you for you reply
as stated online on gov.uk under continuous residency condition you have to be in the uk for 5 years, at least 6 months in every 12 months for 5 years to qualify for the setlled status.
Which I have completed and as I have been told today if I were European I would have been granted the settled status.
I live with my wife in the UK since end of 2014
Married in August 2015 ( 1st year - 6 months )
2016
2017
2018
2019 Till date 6 months so i should have been granted the settled status.
Thank you
Your 5 years starts from date of marriage and will complete in August 2020.
What was your UK immigration status before date of marriage?
I was on tourist visa valid for 5 years- expired in August 2018
I got my biometric card in dec 2016 valid for 5 years
Thank you
Your 5 years only starts counting from the date you for married. You will only qualify for PR or settled status in August 2020. Your time on a visit visa does not count towards the 5 years.

What date does come on the residency card?
I just did my biometrics today and wonder whether there is anything to do besides waiting anxiously.

My timeline:
Applied online - 25th May
Biometric enrolment appointment - 28th May
COA - 3rd June
Status outcome: 3rd June
I was on a tier 2 visa and I applied with my passport for pre-settled status as a spouse of the EU person who has been granted settled status. We recently got married and I've provided a marriage certificate along with proof of relationship over the last 2 years (shared address: leases, shared bank account etc.)
Update
BRC - first delivery attempted by DX on 7th June, but I didn't get a letter about redelivery until 10th June. Today 13th June finally got my BRC.

Anyone else made the mistake of applying with a BRP card? (I.e currently on a tier4/tier2/etc visa). I applied at the very beginning of April, was asked to send in the documents, did that’, got them back and nothing since. Application status is still the same online asking to send in my documents before application can be started. No request to go do biometrics or anything at all. Called resolution centre multiple times and supposedly everyone who applied with BRP card has their application on hold ? Anyone who applied like that got their decision or any progress yet? Thank you!!
Hi I actually I have same problem in currently holding brc for 1 year now and I applied for settled status as I have permanent residence so it's been now 1 month and 15 days I didn't hear anything back from them

Hi there have you still not heard back from home office. I am now on 11 (10.5 to be precise) weeks and still no communication or COA or anything. I have reached out to my MP whose office called yesterday to confirm that they will be contacting HO about my case. Just worried that even then I could be waiting another three months.
This is stressful.

Have you tried calling the EU settlement scheme hotline to as about your application status?

Good for her

Do you know if she had done anything to raise attention to her case? Whether to call Sopa Steria/Home Office/ write to MP?

I am divorced from my EU husband after living together for six years. We divorced now.My BRC (Sticker) was not extended because my husband couldn't fulfill his treaty right.I made an appeal in court ,but my appeal was dismissed. Will I be able to apply for the settlement scheme.I'll appreciate it very much if anyone can share their experience if they are in a similar situation. Thanks in advance.
