ILR - acceptable unpaid leaves and visa gap

Post by arifbattiwala » Fri Jun 14, 2019 4:55 pm

Hello
I've been working with NHS since October 2018. I'm going to have new trust in August 2019. I wish to know the acceptable unpaid leaves in a calender year and acceptable visa gap to avoid disruption in continuity of stay when applying for ILR after 5 years.

Thanks and regards.

There is no employment gap restriction anymore.
