Help needed: Tier 2 ICT WP to spouse VISA in UK

Hi,

I am working in UK in ICT WP- Tier 2 VISA. My would be husband is working in UK on Tier2 general VISA.
My queries are:

1. Can I switch to Tier2 Spouse VISA while remaining in UK?
2. When should I inform my employer ? What is the procedure to switch from my existing ICT- WP Tier2 VISA to Spouse VISA? As I have 1 month notice period in my present employment , Should I switch to Tier2 spouse VISA 1st and then inform my employer or what is the best way to go further?

Please guide on these.

1. Yes.

2. Once you have a new visa. You simply inform them to update your right to work visa details. Your notice period has nothing to do with the visa process.
