Tier 2 Visa Dependent

Hello All,

I have my Tier 2 dependent visa from Sep 2017 to April 2020.
My husband got his ILR in May 2019.

When my Visa expires in April 2020, can I still apply as Tier 2 dependent visa so that I continue my 5 year route till Sep 2022 ?

If your husband for ilr based on 5 years tier 2, then yes you can apply for a tier 2 dependent extension which will be a 3 year visa extension.
