Missed email from IHS

Hi
I have applied for PBS dependent Tier 1 extension visa. Unfortunately forget the password for my email id and i believe that i have missed an email from IHS for further payment.
Is there any possible option that i can contact IHS and inform them to resend me that mail on my new id?
Otherwise i'll have delay in my visa process.
Plz advice
