After 2nd FLR-M?

Post by TuijaH » Mon Jun 24, 2019 9:27 am

Hello! I am new and wanted to ask.
What will happen after my 2nd FLR-M is up? What will I apply for next?
When to start the process?
Also I have had my first baby during the 2nd FLR-M period born here in Uk. Will that change anything?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!

You need to apply for ILR under SET(M) before your current visa expires. You can apply no earlier than 28 days before the expiry date.

B1 level English and the Life in the UK is required. You also need to submit documented evidence that your relationship with your spouse is subsisting and that you meet the minimum income level.

The visa fee is £1,523

The birth of your baby is irrelevant to the application.

Quick correction - the fee for ILR on Set M is £2,389 plus the UKCVAS fee depending on what option you select to use.

(QUESTION: says no later than 28dad before, if I DO NOT do priority service what happens if the waiting time surpasses the 28 days. Does that make sense?

Your existing visa conditions continue and you are protected under Section 3C of the immigration rules while HO processes your application.
