Naturalisation - Online form - Referees

Hi

I am making Naturalisation application for my wife. I did mine in 2018 on a paper form through NCS.

As HO has recently introduced online application form, this raised a question when I am going through documents section. Form is asking for two referee declarations to be attached.

When I did my paper application, there were sections to be filled by referees. Online form was similar and I already filled these details for my wife application but at the end the process require me to tick that referee declarations are attached.

Do I need to attached separate declarations on paper and singed by two referees or what I have filled in online application form is what HO is referring to in documents section?

The physical referee forms must be signed by your referees. They will be then only scanned like your other documents and uploaded on the UKVCAS system

Is there a template by HO or guide on what information should be included? I don't want to draft a lengthy letter or short that doesn't fulfill HO requirement.

The forms are part of the online process!!

There is no letter you have to draft!!

You will be able to print the actual Referee forms at the end, before you pay for the application. Print two copies and give them to your referees, after they've signed them just scan them with your passport, BRP card and other necessary documents. Good luck
