ILR (Set M) 5 year route earliest date to apply

Hi. Good day to all.
I need some help regarding the earliest date i can apply for ILR Set M.
I will share here my FLR spouse visa history for a clearer picture.
I got married to a british citizen last August 2014.

My first FLR visa was valid from September 06, 2014 to March 06, 2017.
My second FLR visa is valid from February 08, 2017 to September 06, 2019.

There is no issue about the the financial aspect as we both earn more than the financial requirement. I just really need to know the earliest date to apply for ILR (Set M) 5 year route as i want to make it sure before booking for the premium services. I hope anyone can help. Thanks in advance.

Hi. Thanks for the quick response.
My first FLR (M) visa was issued within the UK and so with the second.

So when is the earliest possible time to apply if ever?

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before 6 September 2019.
